The new ACCUMATION- vibration feeder changing system
ACCUMATION has developed a new changing system for plug setting machines with several types of pluggs.
Time-consuming and incorrect fitting are thus a thing of the past.
When are you going to change?

- No tedious emptying of the vibration feeder necessary when changing types

In plug setting machines with several plug types the problem is usually that it is necessary to convert the vibration feeder for each plug type. This requires a lot of time and is susceptible to errors during set-up.
This is where the new ACCUMATION changing system comes in because it exchanges not only the sorting attachment but also the entire vibration feeder with all the sensors and air nozzles.
The changing cart can be moved to the frame with the required vibration feeder and pushed in.
Once the base plate arrives at the front limit stop the quick release clamps can be attached and the modular plug connected.
The changing cart can be removed and the machine is ready to produce with a new plug type.
